He has in-depth expertise as a cloud architect (Amazon AWS since 2007) and as a hard-core software developer (PC Assembly, C, C++, Objective C, Java, Scala, Python, etc). Todd also has in-depth expertise in mobile strategy, architecture, design, and deployment. He has designed and deployed nearly a dozen mobile applications available in the Apple app store and Google Play. Prior to IData, Todd founded and acted as CEO of a several venture-backed startups including Code360, which created and sold XML server software to Fortune 500 firms, Adaptinet, a peer-to-peer software platform maker, and REV Entertainment, a music software firm initially funded by Warner Music, Elektra, and Atlantic Records.

He is product management expert with over two decades of new product delivery across the global financial service industry; expertise in financial asset analytics and valuation, automated execution services, market structure, and compliance. Extensive integration and deployment management expertise across data & technology sensitive businesses. Significant roles at Morgan Stanley include MD/Head of Trading (Japan), MD/Pan-Asian CTO for Investment Bank, Global COO for Strategies & Modeling. COO for Arxis Capital Group, a global equity & ETF automated market-making startup. Shawn is an AWS certified Cloud Practitioner. Shawn earned his Bachelor Arts in Economics from Hobart College.
